Our Manufacturing Process
Did you know that a typical cotton bed sheet contains a 2x2x2.5m pool of water? At the same time, the area of a cotton plantation could produce 10 times the amount of raw materials for our Lyocell bed sheets – using a fraction of the water.

Be Part of The Solution, Not Part of The Problem.
The wood used comes from sustainable, FSC® / PEFC™ certified forestry.
Step 1
We only collect and use wood from sustainably managed plantations that have FSC certification.
Step 2
The wood of the tree is chopped and softened for further processing.
Step 3
The fibers for the fabric are extracted from wood chips. Manufactured in a "closed" loop, meaning 99.7% of the water and raw materials are reused and recycled.
Step 4
The fibers are processed into the fabric we use to make our bed linen - Lyocell.
Step 5
Your Lyocello bed linen arrives pesticide-free, biodegradable, and plastic-free. Sleep well!
