Delivery & Shipping

We'll deliver your order as quickly as possible! Orders placed before 10:00 AM on weekdays will be shipped the same business day. Our bed linens are delivered within 1-3 business days in Germany. Our delivery time to Austria and Switzerland is 2-4 days.

Pre-orders will be delivered on the specified delivery date.

The delivery time is given without guarantee, as we rely on the reliability of the delivery services of DHL or Hermes.

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

We offer free shipping on orders which are above €150. A flat delivery fee of €6 applies to orders of €150 or below. For non-damaged items, a return fee of €5 applies. Deliveries to non-EU countries (such as Switzerland or the UK) may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are to be paid by the recipient.
